The Pioneer Company, Singapore Bangladesh Services Ltd. (SBSL) was set up in 1990, the core business of SBSL was mainly manpower recruitment for overseas countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, Japan. SBSL is a well recognized manpower agency which is holding the License No RL-561, issued by the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment, Government of the Peoples’ Republic of Bangladesh. SBSL has supplied more than 15,000 (Fifteen thousand) workers abroad, mainly the marine, oil, gas, construction & manufacturing sector.
